摘  要:讨论了咔唑酮制药废液中有机物对环境的污染及危害,论述了制药废液提取锌盐的影响因素和操作方法。试验了不同氧化剂对废液中的有机物处理的氧化能力及其效果,研究了次氯酸钠的用量、加热温度及溶液pH值对氯化锌产品质量和产率的影响,探讨了降低氯化锌产品中碱式盐含量的操作方法,确定了次氯酸钠氧化制药废液中的有机物及制取氯化锌的工艺流程及控制条件,对于环境保护和废物利用,具有一定的社会效益和经济价值。The pollution and harm on environment by orgmtlc substances in waste liquor of pharmacy were discussed. Then affect- ing factors and operating methods of recovering zinc chloride were expounded in this experiment, in addition , the oxidative abili- ty and effect of the different oxidizers respectively were experimented . The influence of the quality and production rate on zinc chloride was studied by the quantity of sodium hypochlorite and temperature and pH. The methods of reducing the content of basic salt in the zinc chloride were probed. The process and operating condition of the recovering zinc chloride were decided by applying sodium hypochlorite to oxidize the organic substances in the waste liquor, it has certain social benefit and economic value with regard to the environmental protection and the utilization of waste material.
