摘  要:基于HCl介质中和α,α’-联吡啶存在下,1,4-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌(R)能发强而稳定的荧光,α,α’-联吡啶可活化Hg2+催化H2O2氧化R转化无荧光化合物,导致体系荧光急剧猝灭,据此建立了催化H2O2氧化1,4-二羟基-9,10-蒽醌荧光猝灭法测定痕量砷的新方法。该方法重现性好、灵敏、准确,用于实际中砷含量的测定,结果满意。Based on the medium of HCl and with the presence of α,α- dipyridyl, 1,4 dihydroxyl-9, 10- anthraquinone (R) can give off strong and steady fluorescence and the α,α- dipyridyl can activate Hg^2+ ,catalyze H2O2, oxidize R and transfer into the non- fluorescence compounds, resulting in the quenching of the systematic fluorescence. Consequently, a new method was developed to determine the trace amount of arsenic by way of catalyzing H2 O2, oxidizing 1,4 dihydroxyl-9 and quenching the fluorescence of 10- anthraquinone. This method has a satisfactory result in the real practice of measuring the arsenic amount for its good reproductivity, exquisiteness and veraciousness.
