摘　　要：目的 应用放免法（RIA）测定孕妇血清中绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）和HCG-β诊断早孕和非妊娠期的病理现象.方法 采用ELISA方法测定血清HCG-β和总HCG.结果 在停经30～60 d HCG,HCH-β含量明显增高,先兆流产、宫外孕、葡萄胎的患者,HCG,HCG-β的值明显增高于正常值.结论 测定HCG,HCG-β值对早孕、宫外孕和计划生育都有一定的指导意义.Objective Measure contents of HCG,HCG-β with RIA to diagnose early pregnancy or unpregnant＇s pathology phenomenon. Methods Measure HCG,HCG-β in blood by ELISA. Results The content of HCG HCG-β obviously increased in 30-60 days. The value of HCG, HCG-β of the patient of miscarriage, outside palace is pregnant grape embryo are obviously higher than normal value. Conclusion Measurement of HCG, HCG-β value have the certain instruction significance to the outside of palace, pregnant and birth control.
