摘　　要：根据国内外文献报道,分别从中药活性成分磷脂复合物的制备、鉴别、理化性质、生物利用度、药理作用等方面介绍中药活性成分磷脂复合物的最新研究进展。在一定条件下,中药活性成分与磷脂可形成复合物,其理化性质较活性成分本身有一定的改变。其生物利用度显著提高,药理效应明显增强,且其作用时间也有所延长。因此,中药活性成分磷脂复合物具有良好的应用研究价值和开发前景。According to the reports of exterior and interior references, this article reviewed the latest study progress of the phospholipid complex with active constituents from Chinese materia medica from its prepararlion,identification, physico-chemical property, bioavailability and phannacological action respectively Active constituents from Chinese materia medica could form complex with phospholipid under some conditions, of which the physico-chemical property is somewhat different from the active constituents itself, the bioavailability is enhanced greatly, the pharmaco-effect is strengthed obviously and so do the action time. So phospholipid complex with active constituents from chinese materia medica has well exploratory development value and exploitation future.
