摘 要:目的了解绵阳市科学城地区儿童血红蛋白平均水平及贫血患病率,并进一步计算小细胞低色素性贫血和大细胞性贫血,计算肥胖儿的贫血患病率。方法采用体格检查,实验室检测等方法对所获资料进行病例对照分析。结果2531例儿童平均血红蛋白为(126.27±11.43)g∕L,总贫血率为15.88%,主要是小细胞低色素性贫血。肥胖儿童的贫血率为42.80%,经秩和检验,χ2=116.95,P<0.005,肥胖儿童贫血患病率非常显著地高于正常组儿童。结论科学城地区儿童2岁和6岁阶段贫血率较高,肥胖儿童更易发生贫血。应采取有效的预防措施,控制贫血和肥胖患病率和上升。Objective Studying the situation of average level in hemoglobin and the incidence of anemia, to conclude the incidence of microcyte hypochromic anemia and macrocyte anemia,and to conclude the incidence of anemia in obesity in children aged 2-12 years. Methods With the methods of physical examination and laboratory test , a case-control analyze the data.Rusuhs The incidence of anemia in total children and in obese children were 15.88% and 42.80% respectively. Conclusion There is high prevalence of anemia in children aged 2 years and aged 6years .The obesity incline to anemia easily. Effective intervention measures should be implemented to decease the prevalence of anemia and obesity.
