摘　　要：白色念珠菌生物膜是一种可黏附并生长于植入性生物医学材料具有高度耐药特性的膜样生物集落,可造成植入失败和持续的感染源,对患者产生不良的影响。这种耐药的机制十分复杂,迄今尚未完全查明,本文就其结构形态与耐药机制有关的研究近况作一综述。Candida albicans biofilms are membrance-like structured communities ,which can attache to as well as grow on the surfaces of indwelling biomaterials with high levels of drug resistance.They can negatively impact the host by causing the failure of the implantation as well as serving as a source of continuing infection. The resistance mechnasim is very complicated and have not been completely clarified up to now.This article reviews the recent study of structure morphology and resistance mechnasim of candida albicans biofilm.
