摘　　要：椎间盘源性疼痛被认为是常见的引起腰痛的原因之一。随着深入研究,人们对其发病机制、诊断、治疗有了更深的了解。磁共振成像有助于发现间盘内破裂存在的证据,而有创的间盘造影则可以直接明确疼痛的原因,还可为纤维环撕裂选择合适的治疗方案。目前治疗方法有椎体间融合术、假体置换术以及激光微创手术等,但每种疗法均存在不足。It is known that discogenic pain is one of the common reasons of the low back pain. With its further study,we have more recognition in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment of this diseases.MRI is a useful tool for screening the existence of internal disc disruption, invasive discography can not only identify the causes resulting in pain directly,but also is helpful to provide feasible therapeutic method for anulus fibrosus tearing.At present,the therapeutic strategy include intervertebral fusion, artificial disc replacement, and percutaneous laser disc decompression.and so on,among which every method has its own shortcoming.
