摘　　要：慢性肾脏病进展到终末期肾病阶段会给患者和社会造成沉重的负担,如何预防和延缓慢性肾脏病的进展是肾病工作者面临的挑战。目前早期慢性肾病的综合治疗措施主要在于低蛋白饮食,控制高血压、高血糖、高血脂,纠正贫血。本文就早期慢性肾病的综合治疗措施简要综述。Chronic renal disease in its terminal stage will bring serious burden to patients and society.How to prevent or postphone the progress of chronic renal diseases is still a chanllenge facing nephrologists.At present,the general therapeutic measure of early chronic renal diseases mianly lies in having diet with low protein,controlling hypertention,hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia,and improving anaemia.This article just reviews these general therapeutic measures in early chronic renal diseases.
