摘 要:静脉注射免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIg)可调节机体的免疫功能,其调节机制主要通过:①抑制免疫细胞的增殖与活化。②调节免疫细胞的凋亡。③抑制免疫细胞的黏附与吞噬。④调节细胞因子的合成与分泌。⑤抑制补体系统的活性。⑥中和超抗原对免疫细胞的激活作用。高剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白(high dose IVIg,hd IVIg)作为免疫调节剂越来越多的被用于免疫功能紊乱患者。本文综述了hdIVIg在免疫调节作用机制方面的最新发现和进展。Intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIg) can modulate the immunity, of which the e immunomodulatory mechanisms lies in :(1)inhibition of proliferation and activation of immunocytes. (2)modulation of immunocyte apoptosis. (3)inhibition of adhesion and phagocytosis of immunocytes. (4)modulation of synthesis and secretion of cytokine levels. (5)inhibition of activity of complement system. Oanti-ac-tivition of sAg on immunocytes. Mg in high dosage has been used as a immunomodulatory agent in an increasing number of immune disorders. In this article, we review the current understanding and recent developments in the immunomodulatory mechanisms of hdIVIg.
