摘　　要：细胞与支架材料相互作用过程当中,细胞与支架材料的黏附是首先发生的生物学行为,对后续发生的增殖、分化、成骨具有重要影响。本文就骨组织工程当中促进细胞在支架上黏附的方法作一综述。Cell adhesion between cells and scaffold material is the first biological behavior during their interaction, which has an important effect on following biological behaviors such as cell proliferation, cell differentiation, bone fonnation and so on. This article reviews various methods in improving cell adhesion in bone tissue engineering.
