经尿道汽化切割并电切治疗良性前列腺增生症121例体会

摘　　要：目的评估经尿道前列腺汽化切割(TUVP)合并经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的效果。方法对2004年4月～2005年10月间行TUVP结合TURP治疗的121例BPH做回顾性分析。结果手术顺利,出血少,手术时间短。术后随访6个月以上,最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量以及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)等,均有显著改善,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论TUVP结合TURP治疗BPH,手术时间缩短,出血少,手术安全,治疗效果确切,是治疗BPH值得选择的较佳方法。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transurethral eletro-vaporization of prostate（TUVP） and transurethral reseetion of prostate （TURP） for the treatment of benign prostatic haperplasia （ BPH）.Methods The clinical data of 121 BPH patients by TUVP and TURP were analyzed retrospectively.Results The TUVP and TURP was successfully performed on all thel21 patients with BPH. The operative time was short. No ease was needed blood transfusion during the operation. No transurethral resection syndrome（TURS） or urethra narrow occurred. All eases were followed up 6 months more after treatment. The mean Qmax and IPSS showed significant improvement （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Combing TUVP and TURP were effective and safe methods to treat BPH, with less operation time, less bleeding.
