摘　　要：目的评价膀胱镜联合支撑喉镜电动切削声带息肉的疗效。方法对96例声带息肉病人采用膀胱镜联合支撑喉镜,以电动切削器在电视监视器下手术切除。结果随访3个月,治愈84例(87.5%),好转11例(11.46%),无效1例(1.04%)。结论膀胱镜联合支撑喉镜下电动切削器切除声带息肉,操作简单、快捷、安全、高效,容易开展,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the application of Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with cystoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope for the resection of vocal cord polyp.Methods Vocal cord polypectomy through Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with cystoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope were performed on 96 patients. Results All patients were followed up for three months. Of them, 87.5% were complete cured , 11.46% partial improved, and only 1.04% showed no effect. Conclusions Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with cystoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope was a valuable approach for the resection of vocal cord polyp,which was easy to operation, simple, safe, highly effective, and therefore it was suitable for broadly clinical application.
