摘　　要：目的了解本院外科手术患者抗菌药物应用情况,评价围术期预防性用药的合理性。方法随机抽取2004年6月至2006年7月出院的外科手术病历共292份,分别填写调查表,进行统计分析。结果预防性抗菌药物在用药品种选择上第三代头孢菌素和甲硝唑用量偏大,大多数品种DUI基本合理;围术期预防性用药疗程过长,用药起点高,换药频繁。结论本院外科手术患者预防性使用抗菌药物尚存在问题,有待加强规范化使用的管理。Objective To investigate the usage of antibacterial drugs in surgical perioperation patients in our hospital and evaluate the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics usage of perioperative period. Methods To choose randomly 292 medical records data among the surgical operation patient discharged from our hospital from June 2004 to July 2006, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results The using rate of the third- generation cephalosporins and metronidazole was high, and DUI of most kinds of prophylactic antibiotics was basically rational.The opportunity of prophylactic antibiotics usage of perioperative period was inadequate, the course of treatment was too long. Conclusions Prophylactic antibiotics usage in surgical operation patients in our hospital still has some problems, so it is very important to strengthen standardized administration of prophylactic antibiotics usage.
