摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法将杂多化合物镶嵌于新颖的C—Si—O—Ti网络复合体系,并通过旋涂法将其制成薄膜。采用IR,XRD和TG-DSC等方法对薄膜进行了结构表征,用UV-vis和ESR光谱对薄膜的光致变色性能及其机理进行了研究。复合薄膜在紫外光照射前为无色,经光照后逐渐变为深蓝色,在可见光区500和725 nm处出现特征吸收峰。随着光照时间的增加,吸收峰的强度有所增长,87 min时达到吸光饱和。避光静置3 h后吸收峰完全消失,薄膜从蓝色变为无色,复合薄膜表现出良好的化学稳定性和光致变色性能。这一新颖的复合体系的形成,为进一步开拓同时具有光致变色和光催化复合性能的多功能材料提供了参考。该研究工作的新颖性,得到上海大学情报研究所2007年2月6日出具的第2007021000-001号《科技查新报告》证实。A novel C-Si-O-Ti network entrapping SiW12 into APS/TBOT composite system was formed by the method of sol-gel via spin-coating. The hybrid film was characterized by IR, XRD and TG -DSC. The photochromic behavior and mechanism were studied by UV-vis and ESR spectrometries. After UV irradiation, the hybrid film turned from colorless to dark blue. Two absorption peaks at 500 and 725 nm emerged in the visible range and strengthened with prolonged time. The absorption reached saturation after 87 min and turned back to colorless when placed in darkness for 3 h. The as-synthesized composite film shows good chemical stability and photochromic behavior, and provides fundamental investigation data for further exploration of functional materials with both photochromic and photocatalytic activities.
