摘　　要：以分散蓝2BLN（C．I．Disperse Blue 56）水解工序的废液为原料，经回收得到2，4-二硝基苯酚粗品，然后用NaHS作还原剂，于72～74℃，pH=7～8下将其部分还原、精制，制得高纯度的2-氨基4-硝基苯酚，总收率达到68％（以废液中2，4-二硝基苯酚计），W（2-氨基4-硝基苯酚）〉98％（液相色谱外标定量）。制得的2-氨基4-硝基苯酚经重氮化、与2，4-二氨基苯磺酸偶合，合成出高强度的皮革棕RHM（C．I．MoMant brown 33 C．I．13250）。Crude 2, 4-dinitrophenol was recovered from the wastewater of hydrolytic operational sequence in producing disperse blue 2BLN（C. I. disperse blue 56） ,then partially reduced with NariS at 72 -74 ℃ , pH = 7 -8 and purified with water to give 2-amino-4-nitrophenol in 68% yield（ based on 2,4-dinitrophenol in the wastewater） and over 98% purity（ by HPLC）. The intermediate 2-amino-4- nitrophenol was diazotized and coupled with sodium 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonate to form the highstrength leather brown RHM（C. I. Mordant brown 33）.
