CAP能力验证感染性检测项目结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过参加美国病理家学会(CAP)能力验证(PT)活动,监控实验室分析性能,确保检测结果的准确性、可重复性和可比性,从而提高检验质量。方法CAP感染性检测项目能力验证每年开展三批测试。实验室收到质控标本后,在10天之内,用常规方法对质控标本进行检测,然后把检测结果上报给CAP。CAP在同方法组内对检测结果进行评估,并提供所有参与实验室的结果统计报告。结果2005年4套评估项目20个检验指标的194个检测结果,总的合格率为97.9%,2006年195个检测结果总的合格率为100%,PT成绩越来越好。结论通过参加CAP能力验证活动获得令人满意的成绩,我们对自己实验室检测结果的准确性和可靠性更加具有信心,并能及时发现问题,不断加以改进,使我室免疫组感染性疾病检测指标的检验质量得到进一步提高。Objective To evaluate and improve our laboratory performance and assure accuracy of test results through CAP proficiency testing program. Methods CAP proficiency testing （PT） surveys carry out three times a year. Each survey specimen should be tested with the laboratory＇s regular patient workload within 10 days after receiving the specimen and then send the results back to CAP. CAP evaluates the results using comparable peer groups and provides a report summarizing the results of all participating laboratories. Results We did a total of 194 testing on 20 analytes of infection diseases in the 4 surveys with the total score of 97.9% in 2005, and we got the score of 100% for 195 testing in 2006. The PT resuits were improving every time. Conclusions Our successful survey performance made us feel more confident about accuracy and liability of our test results, and we would continue to improve our laboratory performance through the PT program.
