关于改革和完善党内监督制度的思考

摘　　要：目前党内监督有很大发展,但仍然存在着不足,尤其是没有完善“以权力制约权力”的相关制度、权力之间的监督制衡机制远没有形成。因此,应当“在坚持‘一元制'前提下,建立分权制衡的监督机制”、“科学配置党的权力”、“推行党的代表大会常任制”、“加强党内专门机关的监督”等举措。In the current,with the great developwent,there are some lacks of inner-party supervision,in particular,there is not to perfect the related system with ＂the power to restraint the power＂ ,checks and balances between the powers of oversight mechanisms have not been formed. Hence, in addition to the ＂one system＂,to establish the separation of powers and checks and balances mechanism＂, ＂to scientific Party＇s power distribution＂, ＂to implement the Party＇s congress standing system＂, ＂to strengthen inner-party supervision organs＂ ,and some other measures.
