摘  要:目的探讨新生儿红细胞增多症(NP)换血前后脑血流变化。方法应用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测23例NP患儿大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉血流速度及阻力系数。结果换血后脑血流速度明显加快,与换血前比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。血液流变学各项指标显著改善(P<0.01)。结论生理盐水换血后NP患儿脑血流明显加快。TCD检查无创、简便,可快速了解新生儿红细胞增多症换血前后脑血流变化,为判断病情、了解预后提供了一种新的选择。Objective neonatal polycythemia (NP). To investigate the brain flood flow changes before and after exchange transfusion in Methods A transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography was used to detect the blood velocity and resistance coefficient in middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery from 23 infants with NP pre- and post- exchange transfusion using normal saline (NS). Results The brain blood velocity increased significantly after exchange transfusion, compared to pre- exchange transfusion, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈0.01). The blood rheology indexes were all improved ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The brain blood flow quickens significantly after exchange transfusion using NS in treatment of NP. TCD has no invasion and is convenient for observing the brain blood flow changes in NP. It is a new technique for judgment of disease condition and prediction.
