摘 要:以二异氰酸酯和聚酯二元醇合成聚氨酯预聚体,采用二羟甲基丙酸为亲水剂,制备了高固含量(总固物质量分数约50%)的水性聚氨酯(APU)乳液,研究了制备APU乳液的影响因素。结果表明:羧基质量分数为0.8%-1.3%、预聚体中NCO/OH(摩尔比)为1.5-1.9、助溶剂丙酮质量分数为5%左右,可制得高固含量APU乳液。选用结晶性较好的聚酯二元醇和碱性较强的中和剂有利于制备高固含量APU乳液。With dimethylol propionic acid as a hydrophilic agent, a series of high solid content (mass fraction of solid about 50% ) polyurethane emulsions were prepared with diisocyanate and polyester diol. The influence factors on preparation of aqueous polyurethane (APU) emulsion were studied. The results showed that the stable high solid content APU emulsion was conveniently obtained with polyurethane prepolymers when mass fraction of carboxyl was 0.8%- 1.3 %, NCO/OH (mole ratio) was 1.5 - 1.9 and mass fraction of cosolvent acetone was 5%. Furthermore, it was helpful for preparation of high solid content APU emulsion to choose polyester diols with better crystallinity and neutralization agent with stronger alkaline.
