摘 要:用预聚体混合(P-Blend)法和单体混合(M-Blend)法制备了基于二苯基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)/1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)的聚氨酯(PU)弹性体(简称M/N-PU)。分别测试了M/N-PU的力学性能和耐疲劳性能,研究了M/N-PU材料结构与性能之间的关系。结果表明:用P-Blend法比用M-Blend法制得的M/N-PU材料具有较高的相分离程度和较好的耐疲劳性能;由2种方法合成的M/N-PU材料的力学性能差别不大。Polyurethane elastomers based on diphenylmethane- 4,4′-diisocyanate ( MDI )/naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate (NDI) ( abbreviated to M/N-PU) were prepared by two different methods. One was resulted from the prepolymer prepared with mixing MDI and NDI (M-Blend) , while the other was from the blend of MDI-based prepolymer and NDI- based prepolymer. Mechanical properties and endurance properties of polyurethane elastomers prepared by both methods were tested. The relationship between structure and property of M/N-PU elastomers were investigated. The results showed that degree of phase separation in M/N-PU prepared by P-Blend method was stronger than that by M-Blend method. Correspondingly, the fatigue endurance of the former was better than that of the latter. The mechanical properties of M/N-PU materials prepared by the two methods were similar.
