摘　　要：以甲醇为流动相,用纯萘为标准物质,建立了HPLC法测量萘含量的标准曲线,用HPLC法测定了在市场上随机购买的5种樟脑丸中萘的含量,对试验过程进行了技术经济分析.结果表明,用该法测定卫生球中萘的含量技术可行,经济有利.Methanol as the mobile phase, the standard material used for pure naphthalene, a naphthalene contents of the standard curve are measured by HPLC. Five randomly camphor ball naphthalene content are determined. The techno-economic analysis of the trial process are given. The results show that the determination of the content of naphthalene ball technically feasible, economically beneficial.
