摘 要:采用溶液预聚法合成了以聚1,6-己二醇碳酸酯二醇(PHMCD)为软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为硬段的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯(PCU),研究了原料配比对PCU性能的影响,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)等对PCU的结构进行了表征,测试了其力学性能和形状记忆性能。结果表明,原料的不同配比对PCU的形状记忆性能有一定的影响,当IPDI∶PHMCD∶TMP的摩尔比为10.8∶3∶2时,制得的PCU形状记忆性能较好。A series of polycarbonate polyurethane (PCU) were prepared with poly( hexamethylene carbonate) diol as soft segment, trimethylol propane and isophorone diisocyanatet as hard segment. The effects of molar ratio of the reactants on mechanical properties of PCU were studied. Mechanical properties and shape-memory effects of PCU were tested and structure of PCU was characterized by FT-IR. The results showed that the materials ratio affected the shape-memory property of PCU. The shape-memory property was better when molar ratio of IPDI, PHMCD and TMP was 10.8:3:2 respectively.
