摘　　要：介绍了建筑业保温防腐沥青聚氨酯硬泡体的基本配方、制备工艺、原料选择及性能指标。重点介绍了聚氧乙烯三醇、松香芳烃聚酯多元醇在配方中的作用。沥青聚氨酯硬泡不仅具有普通聚氨酯硬泡的绝热性能,而且兼具沥青的防腐蚀、抗风化、耐渗透等性能,己成功用于外墙保温、屋面防水、保温及油田管道防腐、保温等。The chemical composition, manufacture process, raw material selecting and the performance of the asphalt-polyurethane rigid foam for insulation and anticorrosion of building were introduced. The role of polyoxyethylene triol, rosin polyester polyol and asphalt in the asphalt-polyurethane rigid foam was stressed. The asphalt-polyurethane rigid foam had heat insulation property as good as the commons, better anticorrosion, weathered resistant and permeated resistant. It was used in the thermal insulation of the outside walls, the water proof and thermal insulation of roof and anticorrosion insulation of pipeline.
