摘 要:简述了国内PVC手套用水性聚氨酯(WPU)涂饰剂的现状,重点从原料的选择、紫外光屏蔽剂和偶联剂等几方面讨论了自制PVC手套用芳香族异氰酸酯WPU涂饰剂的特点。采用芳香族异氰酸酯为原料,通过加入紫外光屏蔽剂和偶联剂,克服了芳香族异氰酸酯WPU涂饰剂耐黄变性能差的缺点,改善了涂饰剂与PVC基材的粘接性能,降低了生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力,可满足国内市场的需要。The domestic status of the WPU coatings of PVC gloves was described. From the areas of the selection of raw materials, UV shield and coupling agent, the characteristics of aromatic isocyanates type WPU coatings using in PVC gloves were discussed. By adding the UV shield and coupling agent, the technique of using the aromatic isocyanates as raw materials could overcome the weak of anti-yellowing properties of aromatic isocyanates type WPU coatings. The technique also improved the bonding properties of PVC substrate with the coating, had the lower cost of production, improvbd the market competitiveness of the products and met the needs of the market.
