摘　　要：介绍了正丁醇改性TDI三聚体的合成方法,采用红外光谱、热重分析和二甲苯容忍度测定等方法对其结构和性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,正丁醇改性TDI三聚体游离TDI单体质量分数可以控制在1%以下,且具有较好的抗黄变性,与羟基丙烯酸树脂有较好的相容性,但热重分析(TG)显示,改性TDI三聚体的热稳定性有一定下降。The synthesis method of TDI trimer modified by butan-l-ol was introduced. The research on structure and properties was studied by FTIR, thermo-gravimetric analysis （TGA） and xylene tolerance. The result showed that free TDI content in the samples could be controlled lower than 1.0% and the product had good antiyellowing properties. It had good compatibility with hydroxyl acrylic resin. TGA showed that the thermal stability of modified TDI trimer was reduced.
