摘  要:对SPCC-SD和ST14的两种冷轧薄钢板进行了拉伸试验和杯突试验,并对试验结果进行了分析,同时从试样的制作、试验过程技术参数的控制和试验结果的适用性三个方面比较了上述两种试验的特点和在实际中的应用。对于厚度<1mm的冷轧低碳钢薄板而言,杯突试验比较适合代替拉伸试验来衡量材料的塑性和冷加工变形能力。Through the tensile test and the cupping test of low carbon cold rolled steel sheet SPCC-SD and ST14. It is analyzeed in this paper the results of the two above tests, and also illustrateed in this paper the characteristics and the applications of the two above tests respectively from three aspects i. e. the preparatory of the samples, the parameters of the tests and the applications of the testing results. With regard to the low carbon cold rolled steel sheet thinner than 1mm, the cupping test is more suitable for evaluating the plasticity and the ductibility of the above mentioned steel sheet than tensile test.
