摘 要:在扫描电镜下,对我国木兰科(Magnoliaceae)特有属拟单性木兰属(Parakmeria)5种1变种植物的叶表皮和云南拟单性木兰(P.yunnanensisHu)乐东拟单性木兰[P.lotungensis(ChunetC.H.Tsong)Law]2种叶片的横切面进行了观察.结果表明:该属叶部微形态在种间较为相似,因此是亲缘关系极为密切的自然类群;气孔器在下表皮分布的密度和下表皮外表面蜡质纹饰种间存在一定的差异;乐东拟单性木兰和云南拟单性木兰叶横切面中脉及表皮细胞也存差异.The leaf epidermal surface of 5 species, 1 variety and leaf anatomical structure of 2 species are observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results are as follows: The leaf micromorphology of Parakmeria Hu et Cheng is very similar between different species, they belong to a natural group with close relationship. The density, types and wax ornamentation of stomatal apparatus on the lower epidermis are different between different species. The leaf comparative anatomical structure of P.lotungensis and P.yunnanensis are different because of different epidermis. The epidermis of P.lotungensis is composed of sclerenchyma cells. The leaf micromorphology feature of Parakmeria provides new experimental evidences for systematic evolution and species delimitation in the Magnoliaceae.
