摘　　要：介绍了ＩＣ卡预付费电度表设计的基本原理、硬件组成和软件设计，给出了硬件原理图。A kind of technique of the design of the prepaid electrodynamomter is presented.The principle,circuitry and the design of the software are discussed.The circuit diagram,flow chart of the sotfware and the program chart are given,too.
