摘  要:本文用微波辐射法合成了LiAlO_2:Fe^(3+)荧光体,X-射线粉末衍射分析确证为四方晶系,晶胞参数a=o.5171nm,c=o.6269nm,荧光体的最大激发峰λ_(ex)=251.0nm,最大发射峰λ_(em)=734.5nm,在254nm光激发下,色坐标值X=0.435,Y=0.236,用JWY激光微粒度分析仪测定了荧光体的颗粒直径和颗粒度分布D_(50)=6.32μm,D_(75)=8.47μm,和D_(25)=4.42μm.研究了不同助熔剂、Fe^(3+)离子掺杂量和碱金属Li、Na或K与Al的原子比对发光强度的影响.Synthesis of LiAlO2 : Fe3+ phosphors in powder form has been achieved by the microwave irradiate method. Its structure is determined as a kind of tetragonal system by X -ray powder diffraction. Its lattice parameters a = 0.5171nm, c = 0.6269nm. The phosphors has the maximum excitation spectra peaks at λex = 251.0nm and the maximum emission spectra peaks at λem=734.5nm. Under 254nm excitation , its colour coordinates are x = 0.435, y =0.236 respectively. The phosphors particle size and its distribution are measured by JWY laser particle size analyzer with D50 =6.32/μm, D75 = 8.47/μm and D25=4.42/μm respectively. The effects of different flux, Fe3+ ions dosage, ratio of atoms (Li to Al and alkali metals M= Li, Na or K to Al) on luminescent intensity are examined.
