摘 要:通过对Ni-W-P合金电镀层在200℃、0.5h热处理后的XRD和SEM分析发现,不论镀态还是热处理态,镀层结构均为非晶态,且晶粒均匀,晶界清楚,热处理后晶粒略长大。在盐酸和硫酸介质中的耐蚀性测试结果表明,热处理后镀层的耐蚀性略高于镀态的耐蚀性;通过析氢性能测得镍基合金的电催化活性依次为:Ni-W-P>Ni-P>Ni-W>Ni。Ni-W-P alloy coating was prepared using electroplating.The resulting Ni-W-P alloy coating was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Moreover,the electrocatalytic behavior of the Ni-W-P alloy coating was investigated,while its corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid was evaluated.It was found that both the as-deposited coating and the coating heated at 200 ℃ for 0.5 h had amorphous structure.The alloy coating was composed of fine grains and had distinctive crystal boundary,and the grain size slightly increased after heat treatment.Moreover,the heat-treated Ni-W-P alloy had better corrosion resistance than the as-deposited coating,and the electrocalytic activity of the alloy coating could be ranked as Ni-W-P > Ni-P > Ni-W > Ni.
