摘　　要：对一种市售酸性硫酸盐光亮镀锡添加剂性能、生产应用、原材料成本、工艺技术以及槽液的维护等多方面都作了介绍;对零件的后处理、焊接性能外观质量等都做了详细的试验。结果显示,该添加剂在我公司的应用是比较成功的。A comparative analysis was made with respect to the performance,application,raw material cost,and technology of the additives RFH DS-4 and bath maintenance for bright tin electroplating from acidic sulfate bath.The posttreatment,welding behavior,and appearance of the coated parts were investigated as well.It was found that the additive could be well applied for bright tin electroplating.
