摘　　要：行业协会不同于一般的社会组织,它的出现是对传统国家管理的修正,是社会发展的必然,在政府与社会之间发挥着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。探讨了行业协会的基本性质,给出了自己对于行业协会的定义,并对几个相似概念进行了辨析。Unlike other social organizations, trade association is the amendment of traditional governmental administration as well as the inevitable result of social development, and performs important intermediate functions between government and society. This paper analyses the characters and resources of power of trade association, defines its concept and differentiates it from some other.similar concepts.
