摘　　要：目的：警示选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（ssRI）的不良反应。方法：汇总2001～2006年国外文献报道的SSRI致不良反应病例，并对其临床表现及安全性进行分析。结果：该类药物不良反应主要涉及生殖系统、心脑血管系统、中枢神经系统及消化系统等。结论：临床应重视该类药物的不良反应，警惕应用本品诱发严重的不良反应，特别是老人、儿童及孕妇。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors （SSRI） .METHEDS： Literature about SSRI- induced ADR reported abroad between 2001 and 2006 was collected, classified, and analyzed regarding the clinical manifestations and safety.RESULTS： SSRI could induce many ADR, which may involve reproductive system, cardio- cerebrovascular system, central nervous system and digestive system etc .CONCLUSION： SSRI should be used with caution in the clinic for it might induce severe ADR in patients, much as in cases of old patients, children and pregnant woman.
