摘  要:采用循环充放试验法研究了正极添加剂和电池的制造工艺对电动自行车用6-DZM-10(12V-10Ah/2hr)和6-DZM-20(12V-20Ah-2hr)VRLA电池深循环性能的影响。结果表明,采用含有正极复合添加剂的新电极配方和改进制造工艺可显著降低电动自行车电池在深循环过程中的容量衰减率,从而可有效延长电动自行车电池的深循环寿命。The effects of novel positive electrode additives and manufacture technology on the deep - cycling performance of 6-DZM-10(12V-10Ah/2hr) and 6-DZM-20(12V-20Ah/2hr) VRLA batteries for electric bicycles were studied by cycle charge - dicharge test. The experimental results showed that new recipe for positive electrode incorporating composite additives and improved manufacture technology cauld distinctly reduce the capacity loss of batteries for electric bicycles under deep-cycling condition. The above technology innovation could effectively extend the deep-cycling life of VRLA batteries for electric bicycles.
