摘　　要：根据用户退回的故障电池的情况,分析和探讨了非制造问题造成电池容量早衰的几种原因,并对分析的结果进行了验证。认为在电池质量一定的情况下,超越电池的使用限制是造成电池寿命不理想的主要原因,同时给出了一些改善的措施和建议。By analyzing the condition of the batteries returned by the customers, several reasons for failure modes of non - manufacture were found. And the analysis results were put into experiments. It was believed that under the same level of the batteries＇ quality, exceeding the usage limits of the batteries was the main reason for shortening the life of the batteries. At the same time, some measure and suggestions on improvement were also proposed.
