摘　　要：近年来,要求我国实行双重国籍的呼声越来越高,是否实行双重国籍,取决于我国国情、邻国关系和国家利益的衡量取舍,要从我国的综合政治、经济和外交等国家宏观因素来考虑,不能仅仅为了跟随别国或照顾一个群体的方便和利益就放弃原来的实践证明是正确的立法原则。文章对我国不实行双重国籍的原因及实行双重国籍会对我国产生的影响进行分析,并提出了解决双重国籍问题应采取的措施和方法。Recently, more and more people are crying for the implementation of dual nationality in China. But this depends on the situation of China, the relationship between neighboring countries and national interests. This implementation should consider the macro factors of politics, economy and diplomacy instead of deserting principles of legislation by following or only caring the interests of certain group of people. This article analyzes the reason for not implementing dual nationality and the effect for doing so, and proposes possible measures to solve the problem of dual nationality.
