摘 要:利用ASAP2010物理吸附分析仪研究了活性炭预处理条件,如脱气时间、脱气温度、样品量以及液氮状态等因素对测量结果的影响.研究发现,脱气温度是样品预处理条件中起决定性作用的因素.活性炭微孔中位能因孔壁力场的重叠而增大,要达到最佳脱气效果,须在较高温度下进行.但是过高的温度又会破坏孔结构,影响测量结果.实验确定的活性炭最佳脱气条件为:250℃,脱气3h,装样量0.1g左右.The article researched the affecting factors such as desorption temperature and time, weight of sample and the condition of liquid nitrogen on the testing result of ASAP2010. The research showed that temperature is the most important factor of all. To achieve a best testing result pre-treatment process must be carried out under high temperature because the position energy in micropores of actived carbon is augmented with wall-force of pore. However, the testing result would be affected greatly if the temperature is too high, since the structure of pore would be destroyed anyway. The research showed the best pre-treatment condition is to desorbe for 3 h under 250 ℃ with 0. 1 g sample.
