摘 要:研究了二乙烯基苯(DVB)改性中温煤沥青的常压热解行为.采用SEM,TG-DTG和Raman等技术对改性煤沥青的形貌、热解过程及产物的结构进行表征.研究表明,DVB改性煤沥青中出现粒状物聚集体,改性前后煤沥青的热解行为发生了很大的变化;通过常压热解DVB改性煤沥青,可制备出粒径小于5μm且有序度较低的炭微球.Pyrolysis behavior of medium-temperature coal tar pitch modified with divinylbenzen (DVB) in the presence of phosphoric acid was studied in this paper. The morphologies of parent pitch and the modified pitch were inspected with SEM, and the pyrolysis process of the pitches was characterized by TG-DTG method. In addition, the morphologies and structures of the resultant pyrolysis product were investigated by SEM and Raman respectively. Results show that the modified pitch is made of spherical particles, and there are marked differences in the pyrolysis process of parent pitch and the modified pitch. Moreover, the pyrolysis product of the modified pitch is made up of carbon micro-spheres (less than 5 t, tm in diameter) with a low degree of structural order.
