摘 要:目的了解我院小儿大肠埃希菌的感染分布及其对多种抗生素的耐药情况。方法对多种病因就诊患儿的血液、尿液、大便、伤口分泌物等标本429份进行细菌培养,并采用K-B法对头孢菌素类、氨基糖甙类等12种抗生素进行药物最低抑菌浓度分析。结果小儿大肠埃希菌的感染部位主要见于伤口、肠道、泌尿道;抗生素耐药率依次分别为氨苄西林90.0%、头孢唑啉79.5%、头孢呋辛75.9%、美洛西林69.7%、庆大霉素63.0%、阿米卡星7.8%等。结论大肠埃希菌仍是我院小儿细菌感染的主要致病菌之一,且对多种不同类型的抗生素耐药,临床应加强抗生素的合理应用,以减少耐药菌株的产生。Objective To investigate escherichia coli( E. coli) on its clinical infectious distribution in children and its resistance against antibiotics. Methods Totally 429 samples of blood , urine,, feces, secretions of the wound from children patients with various causes of visit in our hospital were cultured for bacteria, and the minimum inhibitory concentrations of 12 kinds of antibiotics such as cephalosporins and aminoglycosides were analyzed by K - B method. Results The infection sites by E. coli mainly included wound, intestinal tract, urinary tract, and blood. Antibiotic resistant rates were 90% for ampicillin, 79. 5% for cefzolin, 75.9% for cefuroxime, 69. 7% mezlocillin, 63.0% gentamycin, and 7. 8% amikacin respectively. Conclusion E. coli is still a major pathogenic bacterium in our hospital, with resistance to a variety of antimicrobial agents. Clinically reasonable application of antibiotics should be enhanced so as to reduce the production of drug - resistant strain.
