摘  要:介绍了黄埔电厂2台UP型直流锅炉各受热面管子("四管")爆管情况及预防工作。着重从锅炉设计不合理、热负荷过高、煤种变化、燃烧器的缺陷及节流阀结垢等方面分析了水冷壁爆管的原因,指出必须进行锅炉改造。介绍了改造前应采取的措施。A report on tube-burst accidents (“4 tubes”), that occurred to different heat delivery surfaces, in two UP type once-through boilers of Huangpu Power Plant, is presented, together with a description of efforsts of prevention. Cause analysis of the water cooled wall tube burst focused on irrational points of design, excessive thermal loading, changes of coal category, burner defects and deposits in throttle valves. For thoroughly solving the problem, the boiler has to be reconstructed with the measures taken beforehand.
