摘　　要：针对铁路第六次大提速给货运安全工作提出的新要求,分析南昌铁路局货检工作中存在的问题,提出货检工作“四定一卡”管理办法,并开发了货运安全问题管理信息系统,实现货运安全质量问题的闭环管理和精细管理,确保了提速列车与货物运输安全。Targeting with new requirements of freight inspection by the sixth speed-up on the whole railway network, the paper analyzes the problems existing in freight inspection work in Nanchang Railway Administration, puts forward the management system of “ Carrying Inspection Quantitatively, Regularly, Qualitatively, Deciding Who should take the responsibility in case of accident, Finding out and eliminating accidents at the beginning of supplying railway transport service ” for freight inspection work, and develops the information system of freight safety management, all of which realizes the closed loop management and accurate management for safety and quality problems of freight transportation, and achieves satisfactory results on ensuring the safety of speed-up trains and freight transportation.
