摘  要:通过对CAS-OB精炼浸入罩渣线部位残砖物相进行扫描电镜能谱分析,研究了浸入罩的蚀损机理,发现浸入罩内侧和外侧的蚀损机理不同:炉渣中CaO、FeO与浸入罩内侧的Al2O3反应生成含有低熔点的铁酸钙和铁铝酸四钙的反应层;炉渣中的CaO、SiO2与浸入罩外侧的Al2O3反应生成含有低熔点的铝黄长石的反应层。浸入罩材质的改进对其寿命的提高有重要影响。The mechanism of slag corrosion to CAS-OB snorkel was investigated by means of SEM through analyzing the survivors of CAS-OB snorkel which located at the site of slag line. The results showed FeO in that the corrosion mechanism of CAS-OB snorkel outside and inside lining was different. CaO and refining slag reacted with Al2O3 in the snorkel inside lining to form reaction layer containing CaO · Fe2O3 and 4CaO-Al2O3 -Fe2O3 with low melting points, while CaO and SiO2 in refining slag reacted with Al2O3 in the outside lining to form layer containing 2CaO· Al2O3 · SiO2 with low melting point. Improvement of the snorkel materials was of great importance to get a longer service life of the snorkel.
