硝酸甘油治疗妊高征性心衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝酸甘油治疗妊高征性心衰患者疗效。方法将17例妊高征性心衰患者随机分为硝酸甘油治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。观察两组患者西地兰用量,心衰缓解时间及治疗组用药前后血压的变化。结果硝酸甘油平均速度40μg/m in。治疗组西地兰平均用量0.6mg,对照组1.4mg,心衰缓解时间治疗组0.32h,对照组1.08h,两组比较差异有显著性(P值均小于0.01)。硝酸甘油组治疗前后收缩压平均下降39.12mmHg,舒张压平均下降23.25mmHg。结论妊高征性心衰在强心、利尿的基础上静注硝酸甘油,能够较快的控制心衰,减少西地兰的用量,同时又可控制血压,是一种安全、可靠的治疗妊高征性心衰理想药物之一。Objective： To investigate effect of nitroglycerin on pregnancy induced hypertension accompanied with heart failure. Methods： 17 cases were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group （control group） and nitroglycerin group （treatment group）. Besides conventional therapy, nitroglycerin was used in treatment group by intravenous infusion. To observe lanatoside c dosage and intervention of release of heart failure and blood pressure of treatment group. Results ： nitroglycerin mean rate was 40μg,/mino the mean dosage of Lanatoside c between the treatment group and control group was 0. 6mg, 1.4mg, respectively, and mean time of release of heart failure was 0. 32h, 1.08h, respectively, the difference has a significant meaning （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the treatment group meanly average drop 39. 12mmHg, 23.25mmHg, respectively. Conclusion： On the base of cardiotonic and diuretic, nitroglycerin was used by intravenous infusion, hypertension accompanied with heart failure rapidly, depressurize at the same time, nitroglycerin was identified to be safe confident ideal one of medication To recollect pregnancy induced hypertension accompanied with heart failure.
