摘　　要：以晶闸管为主体的一系列功率半导体器件由于具有容量大、体积小、效率高、寿命长等优点,自问世以来便获得了迅速发展,广泛应用于可控整流、逆变与变频、交流调压、无触点开关等电力电子技术中。着重研究了其结构、检测方法及典型应用等。Having big capacity, small volume and high efficency, the power semiconductors, mainly consisted by the thyristor, have developed rapidly since they came to the world. And now they are widly used in the controlled rectifier, inverse transformation, frequency conversion, AC voltage regulator, untouchhing switch and other electric-electron technology fields. Their constructors, detecting methods and the typical applying are introduced.
