农村政治文明建设滞后的文化因素分析

摘　　要：从农村居民整体科学文化水平不高、政治素质低下,缺乏现代政治生活健康运行发展必不可少的心理要素——民主意识和传统文化中的消极因素的影响等方面,分析了制约我国农村政治文明建设的因素。提出了进一步加强我国农村居民的文化素质教育,运用各种手段培养农民的民主意识,积极构建新型的政治文化等解决农村政治文明建设滞后的方法和途径。In this paper, the authors analyze the reasons why the rural political civilization building lags. First, the overall level of farmers＇ culture quality is so low. Second, farmers lack the democratic awareness. Third, negative factors in the traditional culture have a bad influence on farmers. In order to solve these problems, we are requested further to strengthen farmers＇ culture education, to raise farmers＇ democratic awareness by some ways, to actively construct new political culture and so on.
