初产妇配偶抑郁状况与压力、社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究初产妇配偶抑郁状况及与压力、社会支持的相关性，为相关部门采取措施提高初产妇配偶的心身健康提供依据。方法采用Beck抑郁问卷、领悟压力量表、社会支持评定量表，对130例初产妇配偶抑郁状况及其与压力、社会支持的相关性进行研究。结果初产妇配偶抑郁得分均值为（7．12±3．49）分，抑郁发生率为17．7％；初产妇配偶压力与抑郁呈高度正相关（r=0．681，P〈0．01）；社会支持与抑郁呈负相关（r=-0．374～-0．677，P〈0．01）；抑郁组压力高于非抑郁组（P〈0．01），社会支持总分及其三个维度均低于非抑郁组（P〈0．01）；多元逐步回归分析结果显示：压力、社会支持、初产妇产后恶露异常与否、夫妻感情、初产妇头痛、公婆对婴儿性别期望、产妇与配偶家人关系等7项是影响初产妇配偶抑郁的最主要因素。结论应加强对初产妇配偶抑郁的科学认识，给予相关方面的指导和有效的支持，才能缓解其压力，防止抑郁发生，从而提高其心身健康水平。Objective To explore the relationship between depression and stress, social support among spouses of primiparas, so as to provide department concerned with theory basis to take measures to improve their physical and mental health. Method A total of 130 spouses of primiparas were involved in the study. The rate of depression and stress, social support of all subjects were assessed by the Beck Depression Inventory, the Perceived Stress Scale, and the Social Support Scale, respectively. Results The mean score of depression of spouses of primiparas was 7.12 ± 3.49, and 17.7% of them experienced depression;and there were a highly positive relationship between stress and depression（ r = 0. 681, P 〈 0.01 ）and a negative relationship between social support and depression among spouses of primiparas（ r = -0.374 ～ -0. 677, P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of stress of spouse of pri- miparas with depression was higher than non-depression （ t = 9.58, P 〈 0.01 ）, and the level of social support of them lower than those of spouse of primiparas without depression （ t = 11.49 ～ 3.94, P 〈 0.01 ）. Multiple stepwise regression analyses revealed that, such factors as stress, social support, lochia of primiparas, love of couple, headache of primiparas, gender expectation of mother and father of spouses, relation of primiparas with spouses＇ family were mainly related to depression of spouses of primiparas. Conclusion It is suggested that depression of spouses of primiparas should be understood scientifically, and appropriate guidance and effective support should be given to them to release stress and prevent depression, so as to enhance the level of their physical and mental health.
