摘　　要：目的通过一组常用执行功能（EF）测验在上海社区老人中的应用调查，制定划界分，建立可操作的EF障碍为主的疾病的筛选标准。方法正常中老年人来源于上海市社区，年龄≥55岁、≤79岁、教育程度在初中及初中以上、没有严重的脑部和躯体疾病、检查配合良好、简明精神状态量表〉24分。符合要求的被试共339名，要求完成一组执行功能测验，包括连线测验A和B、加减交替测验、迷宫测验、Stroop色词测验、语义相似性测验、谚语理解测验、California卡片分类测验中文修订版和视觉推理测验。结果1．EF测验与年龄、教育程度的相关性：主要与年龄相关的测验指标是：连线测验和Stroop色词测验-C耗时数（r=0．312）；主要与教育程度相关的测验指标是：加减交替测验（r=-0．251）、迷宫测验（r=-0．329）、语义相似性测验、谚语理解测验和卡片分类测验总正确数；与年龄和教育程度均有较强相关性的测验是：连线测验B错误数、视觉推理测验总分。2．制定了主要测验指标的划界分。结论EF成套量表的编制及其划界分制定将有助于执行功能障碍性疾病的诊断和研究。Objective To establish a cut-off of the frequently used EF tests in the middle-old people is important to discriminate and screen the diseases which have disturbance in EF mainly, for instance, Nonamnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment and Vascular Cognitive Impairment （VCI）. Methods 339 participants come from the communities in Shanghai city. They should have graduated from junior high school, be aged 55 to 85 and without the serious physical and mental diseases, be willing to take part in the tests. Total scores of MMSE are above 24. They are demanded to complete a serious of EF tests, which include the Trail-making Test A and B, Plus Minus Supersede Test, Mazing Test, Stroop Color Words Test, California Sorting Test-revised, Visual Reasoning Test, Similarities Test and Proverbs Test. Results 1. The relations between performance of the EF tests and the age and education level ： there are correlation significantly between the age and the time of the trail-making tests, the Stroop Color Words Test-C, correlation significantly between education level and the correct numbers of Plus minus Supersede Test, mazing test, smimlarities test, Proverbs Test and California Sorting Test-revised, and both the age and the education are related significantly the incorrect numbers of the Trail-making Test B, the total scores of the Visual Reasoning test. 2. the cut off scores of the main variable of the tests are made. Conclusion The battery of the EF and the cut off scores will be helpful to the diagnosis and the research of the diseases with impaired in EF.
