消炎痛抑制白色念珠菌菌丝生长的小鼠模型试验

摘　　要：目的:探讨消炎痛对白色念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗作用。方法:建立小鼠白色念珠菌阴道炎动物模型后,连续7天小鼠阴道内注入2 mmol/L的消炎痛100μl后,进行灌洗液涂片镜检,阴道灌洗液真菌荷载量菌落计数及阴道组织病理学检查。结果:消炎痛组仅见少量炎性细胞浸润(HE染色),阴道粘膜未见菌丝,仅见少量孢子(PAS染色);阴道灌洗液真菌载量计数有较低水平的CFU计数;灌洗液涂片镜检仅见少量孢子,未见菌丝。结论:消炎痛能抑制体内白色念珠菌菌丝生长和孢子增殖生长,对模型小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎具有显著的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the therapeutical efficacy of indomethacin on the candidiasis. Methods： Construct a murine model of vaginal candidiasis , then continuous infunding 100 μl indomethacin of 2mmol/L for seven days, then observing the douche smear with the microscope, counting colony count of mycetes capacity value in vagina douche and histopathology detection of vaginal tissue. Results： In indomethacin group there are only a few inflammatory cells （HE dyeing） , little hypha , a few spores in vaginal mucosa （PAS dyeing）, a low mycetes counting Colony in vagina douche and little hypha , a few spores in the douche smear. Conclusion： Indomethacin can inhibit mycelial growth and Sporogony of candida albicans in Mouse model, and has strikingly therapeutical efficacy on the candidiasis of the mouse.
