摘  要:目的:探讨消炎痛对白色念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗作用。方法:建立小鼠白色念珠菌阴道炎动物模型后,连续7天小鼠阴道内注入2 mmol/L的消炎痛100μl后,进行灌洗液涂片镜检,阴道灌洗液真菌荷载量菌落计数及阴道组织病理学检查。结果:消炎痛组仅见少量炎性细胞浸润(HE染色),阴道粘膜未见菌丝,仅见少量孢子(PAS染色);阴道灌洗液真菌载量计数有较低水平的CFU计数;灌洗液涂片镜检仅见少量孢子,未见菌丝。结论:消炎痛能抑制体内白色念珠菌菌丝生长和孢子增殖生长,对模型小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎具有显著的治疗作用。Objective: To investigate the therapeutical efficacy of indomethacin on the candidiasis. Methods: Construct a murine model of vaginal candidiasis , then continuous infunding 100 μl indomethacin of 2mmol/L for seven days, then observing the douche smear with the microscope, counting colony count of mycetes capacity value in vagina douche and histopathology detection of vaginal tissue. Results: In indomethacin group there are only a few inflammatory cells (HE dyeing) , little hypha , a few spores in vaginal mucosa (PAS dyeing), a low mycetes counting Colony in vagina douche and little hypha , a few spores in the douche smear. Conclusion: Indomethacin can inhibit mycelial growth and Sporogony of candida albicans in Mouse model, and has strikingly therapeutical efficacy on the candidiasis of the mouse.
