保定市市直女工健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的：通过群体调查了解市直女工的工作、生活和健康状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法：2005年4月-6月调查了保定市15家市直单位的778例妇女。结果：月工资在500-1 000元的占66.2%,〉1 000元占27%,居住面积〉100 m2占54%,家庭常住人口3人者占73%,干部和公务员占70%,生存环境（饮食、睡眠、工作）舒适者占42.2%,身体超重和肥胖者占27%。现患病率达77.5%,依次是眼科、妇科、乳腺、骨关节、消化系统、心血管系统疾病;既往患病率为46%,肿瘤居首位、其次是妇科、心血管、内分泌、肾病和肝胆疾病。结论：市直女工的健康状况需要多部门关注和重视,医疗保健部门要加大健康教育力度,普及防病和心理保健知识,改变她们不良的工作和生活习惯,重视每年的妇女病普查普治,提高妇女的健康水平。Objective ： To understand the working , living and health situations of women - workers in governmental institutions by group investigation, so that to provide some useful information for making intervention measures. Methods： From April 2005 to June 2005, 778 women -workers from 15 governmental institutions in Baoding were selected. Results： Among the 778 women -workers, those whose salary is from 500 yuan to 1000 yuan takes up 66%, more than 1000 yuan 21%, house area is more than 10Ore2 54%, family core members is3 73%, cadre and civil servat 60%. surviving environment （diet, sleeping, working） is comfortable above 42% , feeling great tension 12% , over weight and obesity 27%. The morbidity rate is 78% , which in turn is ophthalmic disease, gynecological disease, breast disease, bone joint disease, digestion system disease and vascular system disease. The previous morbidity rate was 46%, tumor came out first, followed by the gynecological disease, vacular disease, endocrine disease, renal disease and hepatic - cystic disease. Conclusion ： The departments at all levels must pay great attention to the health situations of women - workers in governmental institutions. It＇s demanded for medical health care departments to reinfore the health education, popularize the knowledge of prevention and psychological health care, change the harmful working and living habits of women - workers, and pay attention to the annual census and general treatment, so as to improve the health of women -workers.
