摘　　要：目的：探讨高强度超声聚焦刀（HIFU）治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性、有效性及可行性。方法：应用治疗频率为0.8MHz、1.6 MHz、焦距为82-135 mm、焦域声强为5328-16185 W/cm2的HIFU对7例前壁单发子宫肌瘤进行扫描切除,将治疗中、治疗后的声像图进行对比观察。结果：7例肌瘤在治疗后彩色多普勒下均出现强回声团,血流减少或消失,瘤体出现凝固性坏死。结论：HIFU能准确安全切除子宫肌瘤,是一种无创治疗子宫肌瘤的新方法。Objective： To investigate the salty , effect and feasibility of High Intensity Focus Ultrasonic （HIFU） . Methods： HI- FU which frequency is 0. 8 MHz, 1. 6 MHz, focal distance is 82 -135 mm, sound energy is 5328 -16185 W/cm^2 was used to scan and ablate to 7 eases of anterior monohysteromyoma, and compared the image in the treatment period with that after treatment. Results： dense echo appea in all of the patients after treatment, the blood current decreased or vanish, tumor occurred coagulation necrosis. Conclusion： HIFU can reseet hysteromyoma exactly, safely , it is a new method to treat hysteromyoma without trauma.
